Products Returns and Refund Policy
All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles and Frozen products should be returned in foam box and ice pack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorisation will be issued, please send an email to info@trufflemarket.com Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorisation.
